Terms & Conditions

Last revised: 17 September 2026

1. Seller and scope

These terms apply to consumer purchases through incantevolemilano.com. The seller is Incantevole Milano s.r.o., registered office Pražská 2529/3, 96001 Zvolen, Slovakia; Company Registration Number 54205832; registered in the District Court Banská Bystrica, Section Sro, File No. 42477/S. Contact: info@incantevolemilano.com. Business and wholesale enquiries should be sent by email.

These terms and the accepted order form the purchase contract. Slovak law applies, including the Civil Code (Act No. 40/1964 Coll.), the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 108/2024 Coll.) and the Electronic Commerce Act (Act No. 22/2004 Coll.), as amended. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection under applicable law in their country of habitual residence. Applicable EU consumer and data-protection rules remain unaffected.

2. Products and ordering

Select the product, the required size and quantity, and add it to your Shopping Bag. Review and correct your order and contact and delivery details before submitting it. You must accept these Terms & Conditions and choose an available payment method before placing an order. Submitting the order entails an obligation to pay.

The purchase contract is concluded when we send our email accepting and confirming the order. A technical payment record or an automated acknowledgement of receipt does not by itself constitute acceptance of an unpaid or declined order. The confirmation identifies the goods, price, shipping charges, payment method and delivery information. The contract is concluded in English and archived electronically. Registered customers can view their orders in their account. We provide an invoice by email or with the goods.

Product availability is subject to stock. Sold-out goods are identified as unavailable. Fall Winter 2026–2027 is an editorial collection and is not offered for online purchase. Promotions apply while stocks last unless stated otherwise.

3. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Prices are in EUR. Shipping charges are shown separately before you place your order. Outside-EU duties, taxes and customs charges are paid by the customer.

A purchase price shall be paid by a buyer to the seller:

  • Via a payment card;
  • Via the wire transfer through the Stripe service;
  • Via the wire transfer to the account IBAN: SK17 0200 0000 0045 3220 4555.

The payment methods actually available for an order are displayed at checkout. Payment is due immediately after placing the order and no later than receipt of the goods. We may cancel an unpaid order if payment is not received within the applicable payment deadline.

4. Delivery

Shipping charges

  • Italy: free shipping.
  • European Union: €15. Orders above €800 qualify for free shipping.
  • Outside the European Union: €25 in all cases.

Duties, taxes and customs charges outside the EU are the customer’s responsibility.

Preparation and delivery

Order preparation takes 1–3 business days. Delivery within Italy and the EU takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery outside the EU takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs clearance and circumstances outside our control may affect these estimates.

We use courier services such as UPS and DHL and send dispatch information by email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available. Please contact us if a parcel is overdue. You are responsible for supplying a correct delivery address and arranging receipt.

Ownership passes when the goods have been paid for and delivered. The risk of loss or damage passes when you or your designated recipient takes physical possession, subject to mandatory consumer law. Inspect the package when it arrives and, where practical, record visible transit damage with the courier. Failure to do so does not remove your statutory rights.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or an unjustified refusal to receive the order, we may recover actual, legally recoverable costs. Repeated dispatch is not automatic; contact us to resolve a failed delivery. If we cannot supply an order within the agreed period, we will tell you and explain your options. No substitute product will be supplied without your agreement.

5. Cancellation

To cancel an order that has not been processed, email us promptly with the order number. We may cancel an order that cannot be supplied because the goods are unavailable or for another lawful reason and will notify you without undue delay. Any amount paid for an order we cancel will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days. Your statutory remedies for non-delivery remain unaffected.

6. Returns and withdrawal

Your right to return

You may notify us that you wish to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery. For items from one order delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item. Email info@incantevolemilano.com before sending a return so that we can provide the correct return address. Include your order number and identify the items. You can request a withdrawal or claim form by email; an unambiguous withdrawal statement is also sufficient.

Send the items back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is paid by the customer. Please package items securely and retain proof of dispatch.

Condition of returned garments

Garments should be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with all original tags attached. Please try garments on carefully. We do not accept garments with makeup, deodorant, sweat or perfume marks under our voluntary returns conditions. This does not remove your statutory withdrawal rights: where handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, you may be responsible for the resulting reduction in value.

Wrong, damaged or defective items

Please report visible damage, a defect or an incorrect item to info@incantevolemilano.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, so that we can resolve the issue promptly. This request does not limit your statutory legal rights or make a valid claim dependent on reporting within 48 hours. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and explain the available remedies. Necessary return costs for a justified defect or incorrect-item claim are borne by us.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide sufficient proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first. The refund includes the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law; additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not reimbursed. We will not require you to accept an exchange or store credit instead of a refund you are entitled to receive.

Any deductions must be permitted by law and explained to you. Customs charges paid to a customs authority are subject to that authority’s refund procedures. To request an exchange, contact us; you may return an item and place a new order, subject to availability. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

7. Defective goods and legal remedies

Consumers have statutory rights where goods do not conform to the contract, including the applicable two-year legal protection for defects. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies include repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction or termination and reimbursement. Normal wear, misuse or damage caused after delivery does not by itself establish a defect for which the seller is responsible.

To make a claim, email info@incantevolemilano.com with your order details and a description of the problem. A claim form is available on request, but use of our form is not a condition of exercising your legal rights. We acknowledge the claim, explain the next steps and provide a written outcome within the applicable legal deadlines. Necessary costs of a justified claim are reimbursed as required by law. A commercial condition cannot exclude mandatory consumer remedies.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

First contact info@incantevolemilano.com so that we can seek a resolution. If the matter remains unresolved, you may contact an authorised consumer alternative dispute resolution body under Slovak Act No. 391/2015 Coll., as amended. Information is available from the Slovak Trade Inspection and the European Commission’s directory of dispute resolution bodies. Access to the competent courts remains available. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer available.

9. Personal data and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Order and account emails are used to provide the requested service. Newsletter subscription is separate and requires confirmation by email. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time by contacting info@incantevolemilano.com. Our Cookie Policy explains optional technologies and how to change your choices.

10. Website use and final provisions

Website content, photographs, designs, logos and other materials are protected by intellectual property rights. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use its content without permission where permission is required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms. The version accepted when the order is placed continues to apply to that order. If a provision is unenforceable, mandatory law applies and the remaining terms continue to operate where legally possible.
