Who is responsible
Incantevole Milano s.r.o. is the controller of personal data collected through incantevolemilano.com. Registered office: Pražská 2529/3, 96001 Zvolen, Slovakia. Company Registration Number: 54205832. Contact: info@incantevolemilano.com.
Information we use and why
We use contact and enquiry details to respond to requests; account details to provide sign-in and account services; and order, billing and delivery information to fulfil purchases and meet accounting obligations. The relevant legal bases are steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and handling enquiries.
Newsletter subscriptions are based on consent and require an email confirmation before the address is marked as subscribed. We record the email address and confirmation information. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@incantevolemilano.com. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Website services and recipients
The website uses WordPress and WooCommerce hosted by Hostinger, Elementor and Konte for page presentation, and Contact Form 7 for enquiries. Service providers may process information on our behalf to host, secure and maintain the website, handle communications or fulfil orders. Where a Stripe payment option is available, payment information is processed by Stripe; we receive transaction and order information rather than storing complete card details. Couriers receive the information needed to deliver an order.
Contact-form spam protection may use Google reCAPTCHA. Optional analytics, marketing and order-attribution technologies remain blocked unless you enable the relevant cookie preferences. See the Cookie Policy for the controls provided on this website. Installed but inactive tools do not necessarily process visitor data.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the stated purpose, applicable accounting and legal obligations, and the establishment or defence of legal claims. Enquiries and subscriber records are reviewed and removed when no longer needed. We use access controls and appropriate technical measures to protect information.
International processing
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Send requests to info@incantevolemilano.com. You may complain to your local data-protection authority or the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection.
Providing information needed for an order or enquiry is necessary for us to fulfil that request. Newsletter and optional cookie consent are voluntary. We do not use this website to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.
